Between 2 to 3 days, however you will receive a preperation document with immidiatly so that you can start getting used to my method of exercise.

Yes! I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, locations and goals.

Absolutely. Whether you like to work out at home, in the gym, or a combination of both, I will design a plan that works for you.

Yes. I accommodate all dietary restrictions and preferences because I want to make sure you're eating the foods you like.

It depends on your goal and your situation. If your are serious about your goals, but struggle to stay motivated then I would recommend the coaching option.

If you find it easy to stay commited to a program without needing support then I would recommend a once-off program.
