Subscription options automatically stop as soon as you program comes to an end.
When can I expect my program?
Between 2 to 3 days, however you will receive a preperation document with immidiatly so that you can start getting used to my method of exercise.
Can anyone join programs?
Yes! I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, locations and goals.
Can I speak with you before purchasing?

Absolutely. Whether you like to work out at home, in the gym, or a combination of both, I will design a plan that works for you.

It depends on your goal and your situation. If your are serious about your goals, but struggle to stay motivated then I would recommend the coaching option.
